Obituary of Rosane Farcher

Rosane Farcher, 66, of Rensselaer, formerly of Saugerties passed away in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital on January 7, 2024.  Born in Patterson, NJ to the late Martin and Anne Crowley,  Rose worked part time as a cake finisher before making motherhood her full time job.  She was a loving mother and wife and enjoyed volunteering her time to help her husband and children in their many different endeavor’s.

She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Farcher IV, sons, Jason (Erica) Cetrano, Charles (Chiara) Farcher V and Christopher (Meghan) Farcher; brother, Martin Crowley; sisters, Laura Holzhauer, Colleen McGill, Maureen Wiseman and Anne Correa.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ethan, Charlie, Jade, Nicholas, Derrick, Oliver, Emily and Jaxon. 

She will be loved and missed forever.

There will be no calling hours, a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 12 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s of the Nativity, 26 Church St., Nassau, NY 12123.  Inurnment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nassau.  In lieu of flowers donations in Rose’s memory may be made to The Community Hospice, 310 South Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208.
