Brian is an extraordinary young man. I knew him not very well and only briefly, but I could tell he loved life and took advantage of every opportunity to experience it. His family was a big part of that experience. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and the wish you may be comforted with the memories of you all in happier times. He will not be forgotten. Sincerely, Mark Wilson (The “Ragpicker” in Madwoman at Ghent)

It was an honor to pay tribute to Brian today at his memorial service. Brian has always been a person special to my heart since I was his teacher at Pinewoods Preschool. His love for everything was contagious – his teachers, therapists and classmates delighted in Brian’s zest for life. Though he is no longer physically in this world he will always live on in our hearts. Thank you Lorraine, Ted and Jennifer for sharing Brian with us.

What sad news. Brian was a great inspiration to those of us who worked with him in “Madwoman.” I know how much he loved theatre and how much the audiences loved him. You guys did a great job raising a son who had so much confidence and stage presence. I know he will be missed.

I was so saddened to hear of Brian’s passing. Just a year ago, we were all enjoying his portrayal of the Policeman in “Madwoman”…no one will ever play that part quite like Brian! We will miss his smile, his insight and his spirit.

Brian is also survived by friends he met acting with theater groups. I am one of those friends and won’t soon forget his performance as the policeman in “Madwoman” He mastered the script, the blocking and the “attitude” so well. Mostly, though, I will remember the family’s dedication to helping Brian achieve. I am sorry that you hurt so much today. I will be thinking of you .

I was so sorry to hear about Brian’s passing. I had Brian as a baking student at SCCC, and he really left an impression on me. He always came to class with such a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. I wish all of my students came to class with such a zest for life. I am so glad that I was able to meet and teach Brian and he will be missed. With my deepest sympathies, Chef Gail Sokol

Dear Lorraine, Ted, and Jennifer, Anne had said Brian had been ill, but I was so saddened to open the paper today and read of Brian’s passing. He was such a great guy, and I enjoyed him whenever I was with him. HE was so nice to Connor. I remember him coming to our house and getting ready to go out to eat and coming downstairs looking like a million bucks. I know this must be an agonizing time for you. Our famly will be so sorry to hear this news. Tom

We are so sorry to hear of Brian’s passing. John is a member of the Potential Unlimited Troupe and worked with Brian for the past several years. Our family, always, enjoyed being with Brian and hearing of his adventures. We are so glad that he was able to participate in the Disney/SCCC program. Our granddaughter had the same experience and it was a wonderful time for her. I am sure Brian blossomed in that environment, too. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time. Chuck, Mary and John Schwartz
