Pastor Diane was a light to the darkness some of my children were living in. Diane did not know my children but she took care of them in so many different ways. She saved backpacks and school supplies for them. She saved clothes and underwear. She donated non-perishable snacks. She gave them books and toys. My life and that of my students (from a very poor area) better because she cared. She is in heaven. No questions asked. She was my angel.
When Pastor Diane saw me enter the Gathering Place her beautiful blue eyes lit up with a smile. She came around the counter and hugged me as if to say you are family.
I just learned of her death and I am devastated by her loss. Please continue to be my angel.
I will never forget your kindness.
Love,
Patty Maltempo

Pastor David, Elizabeth, and William,
It is with great sorrow that I hear of the passing of Diane. I pray that you may be comforted with the lord's peace and with fond memories of your cherished wife, and mother.
From the words of Isaiah 57:1; Good people perish; the godly die before their time and no one seems to care or wonder why, No one seems to realize that God is taking them away from the evil days ahead. For the godly who die shall rest in peace.
