Our condolences, JR was a great man! My husband and I both worked with him at Capitol for quite a few years and had some good times with him. I remember he always needed his coffee first thing in the morning and if it wasn't ready upon his arrival, there'd be a definite line of questions to Bill O'Donnell as to why it wasn't ready! We'd work some Saturdays and Thursday evenings together and always shared in great conversations. He was always willing to be a team player and lend a hand when needed! The last couple years we've stayed in touch a bit through Facebook and he'd always make great comments about pictures or videos of my little one! He will be greatly missed!

I was so very sorry to hear about JR. I first met him when I was kid, at Capitol, when I would go there with my dad. For 30 plus years he was always our go to guy for any plumbing or heating questions but more importantly he was a friend. I will miss our conversations at the counter/loading dock when we would talk about whatever was on our minds at the time. He was such a great guy, he always would answer me with “living the dream” whenever I asked how he was doing, and give you that grin of his. I will miss that and I will miss him. Our deepest condolences to his family.
Christian D’Angelo and family.

I feel like a part of me has died...My cousin, more like a brother when we were kids. We did so much together, the three of us Jeannie, Johnnie and I. The three musketeers. We picked beans, all kinds of vegetables actually (every summer), we did hay, picked mushrooms, went sleigh riding, skating, fishing, rode horseback together. Sandy was his horse a big bay mare, Jobie was Jeannie's horse and Cheyenne was mine). We played tennis in the road, 3 man baseball in the gravel pit we called the baseball stadium. So, many stories I could tell. We use to ride our sleigh down the driveway at night into the frozen snow bank, we would crash, fall off and laugh like crazy and do it all over again. We built forts in 3 foot snow drifts and had snowball wars. Johnny loved to fish and fished a lot with my dad (Uncle John). He always ended up cleaning the fish. To this day I do not know how to clean a fish because John always did that. We had mega monopoly games that lasted for weeks and we loved to play penny poker. Oh, what a life we lived as kids. I would love to do it all over again. Thank you my sweet cousin for all those precious memories.
Forever Your Cousin,
Nancy
