Gary R. Pulsifer, 83, of East Greenbush passed away at home on May 14, 2021. Born in Lewis, NY he was the son of the late Raymond and Carrie Pulsifer. Gary graduated from Schuyler High School, enlisted with the Army National Guard and went on to apprentice as a carpenter and a welder before joining the Carpenters Local #370, now Local #291. Gary enjoyed camping, going for motorcycle rides and was an avid deer hunter. He was a member of Melvin Roads Post 1231, Clinton Heights.
He is survived by his wife Dorothea Pulsifer; sons, Kevin (Wendy) Pulsifer, Mario, Tony and Sean Ramos; daughter, Brenda Pulsifer; siblings, Stanley, Emma Jean, Terry and Raymond Pulsifer and Janet Poole. He was predeceased by his son Gary Pulsifer; daughter, Christina Ramos; siblings, Alma Clark, Norma and Wesley Pulsifer. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Monday from 4-7PM with a funeral service to begin at 7PM.
